Jeff,
what material are you using for main tube and chainstays?, 4130?
Overall strength based on yield & fatgue strength of material you are
using will determine maximun weight. Also, what do you think is a
good safety factor 1.5, 2, 3? What weight are you human weight are
you thinking about?
