Day 3 - Sandanme results   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #14115 of 32296 |
Daily gyoji Jakusotsu presents the Sandanme results on day 3 (and is
overwhelmed by perfection day).

Now this has been a day where virtually all rikishi did as they were supposed
to do - no big surprises but far from boring as we set a new record number of
perfect days (28 in Sandanme!) Only seven three-pointers lost, yielding a lofty
average of 12.7 pts.

Kimarite of the day: Hikiotoshi (hand pull down)
http://sumo.goo.ne.jp/eng/kimarite/64.html
Today's trademark of the 3-0 rikishi (Chiyotaikai/Hokutoriki/Futeno) is a
telltale sign of perfect ties of which we had no less than nine! (Don't You
just hate losing that way?)

In my continuing campaign for KK I note that my opponent today,

leadership and the ability to make a decision, not this constant
changing of mind. Vote Manamiwaka for KK! Thank you for your

Gyoji comment: Gibmaatsuki is inspired by the chikara-mizu offered from his
heya-mate and delivers a perfect score as well. Alas, Golynohana assembled a
better bench and the final win goes to the Pole instead of the Pole.
