Is this party open to friends? I dont have any but some people might, and it
will help boost the numbers.

We need to know numbers by Wednesday 25th evening. We need a mimimum of 25
people to be able to hold the event.
Could all team members please respond either Y/N on the database before the
deadline so we know exactly where we stand.
Thanks.

Guys,
Willy has come forward with the proposal that we hold our Chritmas party at his
pub (Shannons) in Osaki on Saturday 5th December.
He needs to get an idea of numbers interested (very soon)so i've set up a
database.
The deal is as follows.
We get the whole bar.
5500 yen each
3hrs tabenomihoudai
Starts at 7 and to finish at 10.
After 10 reverts to normal bar prices.
Names/thoughts on the database please.
Follow up (9) TML Cup v YCAC - Sun 22nd Nov. - KO 11:15am-YCAC
A great all round performance against last seasons TML Champions!
From the kick off we spent most of the next 25mins in their half .. but despite the chances we couldn't put one in!
They had two attacks after that and scored :-(
The second half started slowly but we soon got back into a similar gear to the first half but still couldn't bury one - Takanori crashed one onto the bar near the end. Everybody stepped up & YCAC knew they'd been in a battle!
MoM: Everyone! An outstanding performance well done lads

Came across this in our stockroom and nobody knows where it came from so will
just chuck it if no interest; pack of 40 dice with keywords on them (You, car,
loudly, should etc.). Sure they would be of use in some kind of activity making
sentences, stories or whatever. Anyone want them?

Lads, just 9 names down to play against the best team of the whole TML...isn't it a bit too early to start with this girlie shit? It's bit even comd yet! (n it's me who is saying it! very famous for being unsuit for winter!).
We need at least 4 more. I reckon Tim will b better of his multiple injuries at that time. Lou, Simon C, Simon W, Taka Y, Takanori, Osamu?

Gents,
Just thought I would put electronic pen to paper to say 'good-bye'!
Dharati, Shivani and I leave Japan
on Friday, after an incredible 4 years. Lots of memories, and a particularly
poignant finish to our time given the events in the news this last couple of
days.
But one of the mainstays of my time here has been the footy team and you boys.
The team is transient by its very nature - players come and go - but it is sad
to be one of those now leaving. The weekly lumbering around a tennis court not
really built for the `larger sportsman' has been a regular highlight. And I
will look back fondly on the many many many goals I have racked up over the
years……remember, the white Kanu will live on.
I am also sure that many of you will be breathing a sigh of relief at the
much-reduced chance of injury at training. But I have briefed Robu on how to
put on another 40kgs and run in to people, so the legend will survive.
It goes without saying, drop me a line via the website if any of you crazy cats
are visiting the UK – though
clearly the beer will be on you well-heeled expats rather than some poor UK civil
servant.
A final note: the team changes and the Embassy does as well. Don't let the
powers that be get in the way of a fantastic institution.
Cheers boys,
Dan
PS – I await with baited breath the announcement of the winner of the first
Haigh-Salter Player of the Year award….
Dan,
What happened to you Saturday night/Sunday morning???? Did you get home OK?
You are going to leave a big hole in the team.
Who are people going to confuse me with on the pitch now you have gone?
I will be in London on December 23rd if you are anywhere central that day to
meet up for a few beers.
Hope you can adjust to watching all that sport on TV in the afternoon. And dont
worry about your current FF position. No one expects you to stay there much
longer.......
Best of luck to you and the family back in the UK. Take care mate,
Gary.
