There weren`t too many fireworks on the pitch today at Misato but BEFC were still able to come away with the points in a 2-0. That man Crouchie kept up the chase with "De Silva" by adding to his TML goals tally - now 6, & the improving Kotaro netted the other. The pitch was in excellent condition, the sky was blue & the sun was warm...... even had a couple of beers and a kebab after the game ...... perfect day!
MoM: goes to Will for another fighting performance.

Below is a series of complaints from the Embassy's Management Counselor. Can all players please remember that the Embassy is home for many of the staff here, so the whole area needs to be treated with respect. Also, the world has changed since Sept 11, 2001 (and July 7 this year), and the Embassy is much stricter now about who can use the site. If we do not improve our behaviour there is a chance that non-Embassy players will be banned and it will be Simon vs. Dallas every Wednesday night.
So two new policies:
(1) All cars for football should be parked behind the main Embassy building, not in front of the houses near the court. There's plenty of room.
(2) No use of the pool on a Wednesday night unless an Embassy staff member is present (and we're not most Wednesdays). And please keep the noise down when changing/leaving.

This evening after
training, I saw the man in the house next tennis court, was watching our cars
in front of his house. Although I forgot what was the parking rule accepted
that guy, please somebody review the car parking rule, so that the man can not
spot our action against agreed rule of us using the tennis court.
Sorry about the SPAM fellas. Hope no-one clicked on the Fifth Bank site?
I opened up the posting options for who can post to "anyone" yesterday so that everyone could receive a message from Chris about Wednesday
footy while we worked out how he could sign-up in the face of an impenetrable Embassy firewall. I forgot to change it back to "members"...
Anyhow it's back now, Chris is a webgroup member and you'll only
receive random email crap from "Our Crouchie".
Oversubscribed tonight I'm afraid. names of those playing as follows:
Takashi S, Fernando, Keith, Kotaro, Giorgio, Satoshi, Silvano, Tim M, Steve L, Tim L, Lou, Roberto, Rob M, Hideto and me = 15
Apologies to Rob H, Torsten, George B and Takaki
If anyone has to drop out, please post a message and we'll include one of these others (in the order written).

Boys, sorry i have to withdraw from the squad on Sunday due to work ( gutted to be missing the long awaited debut of big Rob.H). So there is room for one more player if anyone fancies it. I hope you get the 3 points.
Cheers Mark.

We're happy to announce that Stephen Lister (UEFA 'A' Advanced Licensed Coach), one of the English FA's top coach educators, will once again be visiting Japan to deliver two entry level coaching courses in February 2007. This is only the second time time that The FA has held one of its official coaching courses outside of the UK and the courses were sanctioned again following the overwhelming success of the first courses held this summer - to read about this summers' courses click here go to <http://www.footyjapan.com/tml/archive/stories/season4/0816FAcourse.html>
The courses The FA are offering are as follows:
1st4sport Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football (The Football Association)
1st4sport Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football (The Football Association)
The Level 1 Certificate course will be held in the middle of February (12th (half-day), 13th, 14th & 16th) and the Level 2 course will be held between February 4th and February 12th. The exact dates, times and locations are all on the website <http://www.footyjapan.com/tml/mats/popups/fa_coachingschedule.html>.
These courses will appeal to those over the age of 16 who have an interest in: coaching football as a profession; sports coaching fundamentals; improving game cognition; improving as a player.
Both courses are challenging and rewarding and a license from The FA is one of the most prestigious and recognized sports qualifications anywhere in the world. Bookings will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis.
