This is a really nice run, once around Lake Yamanaka. Plenty of green, along
with all shapes
and sizes of runners. There really will be someone there slower than you.

I will be entering with a view to trimming my previous best time of 54m26s. My
wife is also
entering this year, so if you fancy a run with your partner why not come along?
I aim to leave
my spouse in a cloud of dust.

The entry fee is 3900 yen, for which you will receive a Tshirt and sports drink
when you get
to the finish line. Final entry date is mid-March. I am happy to process any
applications at
the same time as I do my own.

Oh, and the run ( I nearly said race) will be finished by early afternoon, which
conveniently
leaves loads of time to replenish lost fluids in a very nice location before
heading home.
