Thank you to everyone for attending last night and making awards night a
success. I realized that I still had some awards from counties that I should
have handed out last night for our jv competitors.
I have awards for the following athletes:
Melissa Jaskiewicz
Minna Jacobson
Sarit Truskey
Molly Zinkgraf
Lilly Herrick-Reynolds
Laura Nakasaka
Elena Crouch
Nick McGreivy
Please stop by C-105 to pick up your ribbon.
Below is a message from Ms. Thom with the itinerary for the awards night
tomorrow...

Subject: Awards Night Reminders
Thank you all for your help and support in making this a great night for our
student-athletes! As we put the final touches on the evening activities, please
be reminded:
• Coaches and teams will be called up to the stage; the coach will give a
1-2 minute recap of their season. Remember we have 14 teams to recognize.
• Coaches will announce the JV or Varsity certificate recipients on stage
and acknowledge the “MINDS IN MOTION” and “SCHOLAR” athletes as they are walking
across the stage. “MINDS IN MOTION” and “SCHOLAR” athletes will have an (*)
next to their names
• Coaches will announce the All-Sports Booster Sportsmanship winner
• Only Varsity coaches will announce the Barons Award winner
• The general session will end with a slide show, followed by break out
sessions in classrooms
Classroom Distribution:
• Minds-In-Motion Certificates
• Scholar-Athlete Certificates
• Pins
• Other
Is this something that parents would go to? I’m assuming it is,
but it’s not been totally clear since all the announcements are geared towards
the kids.
Thanks,
Katherine McGreivy

Does anyone have a projector that would allow us to project the cross-country
video onto a screen at the banquet this Sunday? We could also use a screen.
Please reply to me directly at rwd515@... if so. Many thanks!
