Hey, we've been getting a few questions, so i just wanted to clear some things
up: The runs are especially recommended for new runners, but veterans are also
encouraged to come. We will have runs for everyone, regardless of where you are
training-wise. Ideally we would like to have several different groups for
different paces as well. The more people that come, the easier it will be to do
this. Also, girls are more than welcome to come too. If we get enough girls,
including a couple veterans, there will probably be a group specifically for
girls. If only a few show up, the girls will just have to run at a comfortable
pace with a bunch of good-looking guys. So it's basically a win-win. These runs
are not mandatory, but we do strongly encourage everyone to come. This is a
great opportunity to connect with other B-CC runners and build a really strong
team for the upcoming season.

Once again, if you have any questions, you can call or text me at 240-396-7101,
email me at eliotgerson@..., or call or email Damtoft.

From now on the morning runs will be at 8:30 at Candy Cane instead of at B-CC.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask. You can call or text me at
240-396-7101 or email me at eliotgerson@.... So far we've gotten pretty
good turnout; thank you to all the people that have run with us so far.

We won't be meeting for morning runs on Friday, Saturday or Sunday this week because most people will be out of town. The runs will start again on Monday, June 6th. Everyone is encouraged to come, even freshmen and less experienced runners. We'll continue to meet every day at 8:30 at Candy Cane. Hope to see you there!

I'm trying to plan after school activities for my 3 kids for the fall -- can anyone tell me what time the cross country practices are over after school ... and what day of the week are the meets (and when do they tend to finish)?

thanks very much,
