Having problems with message search?
We will continue for the time being to run at 8:30 from B-CC. We will meet by the track. This is especially important for any new runners or former westland students who want to build a good base for the coming year. If you know anyone who isn't on the yahoo group, please yell at them for not being on it, and then let them know when we will be running. We will be doing fairly short easy runs for a little while for those who are new to running, or haven't been running for a while.
