Hi there,

Every Canada Day, I dig out an old pair of Canada flag running shorts and
celebrate the day with a run around the neighborhood. This year I'm
planning a short run (about 1 hour) in and around the Capilano Canyon in
North Van followed by a kayak trip down the Capilano River. Want to join me
for one or both?

advice, I'd love to hear from you whether you want to join in or not. If
