Hi Campbell,
I don't have a car either (that's why I generally ride a bike). There are a couple of local running lists you could try:
- bc-ultrarunning@yahoogroups.com (email)
- http://groups.msn.com/NorthVancouverTrailRunning/ -- a group you can join and then send a message but not a bad group to be a part of anyway
You should be able to find someone who can help. You might also want to send a message to the "Training Run Coordinator" at http://www.kneeknacker.com/feedback.htm. Not sure whether you'll have any luck with that but it's worth a try.
Best of luck. See u on Wed.
Bill

I don't have a car, which is not a problem for Wednesday night runs, but will be for Sunday runs as the public transit is a bit latter starting. I am hoping someone might be able to help me out with a ride on Sunday mornings, I live in the Mt Pleasant Area near corner of Kingsway and Main Street. I am happy to help out with gas etc and can walk or ride to get a bit closer.ThanksCampbell

Should be a good year.Just wanted to remind everyone that, as the runs get longer (and, hopefully, the weather gets warmer), be sure to bring along at least one bottle of water or electrolyte drink. Also, please remember to make sure your name is signed off the list when you return from your run. Thanks and hope to see you all out again this week. Our full Wednesday night schedule can be found at http://www.kneeknacker.com/RaceInfo/2008/WednesdayRuns.htm.CheersBill
