Just came across the North Face race in Seattle on Oct. 6. Includes
all different distances from 10km to 50 mile around the Cougar Mtn.
area. Is anyone from Vancouver heading down for this? Also, I'd love
to hear any information anyone has about the area - how technical are
the trails? Elevation? etc.
