Mountain Highway Madness is coming up soon.

Mountain Highway Madness is an interval run. It's about 15K out and back, in
the woods on a wide, dirt and gravel road that goes up and down a big
mountain in
North Vancouver. Do 1, 2 or 3 laps like everyone else. Do 4 laps and join
an elite handful of looney tunes. Do it 5 or more times and set a world
record.

While you don't need a doctor's certificate, you have to be at least a bit
crazy to even consider the challenge. Details at:

Put a little variety and competition into your fall training schedule. Shoot
