Ever thought of doing a 100-mile run? The Western States 100-mile endurance
run is the Stanley Cup of long distance trail runs and it's this weekend.

There are quite a few Canadians competing, crewing or pacing in "'States"
this year. I plan to run the final 40-miles of the event to support my
friend Wade Repta tomorrow.

I've tried to share our experiences over the past few months as we trained
together. We're now in Truckee, California and the run starts at 5:00
