Hello my running friends!

As you may or may not know I am a cyclist as well!
I'm trying to help out James Wilson at Dizzy cycles who is doing a great
thing again this season...

He collects previously enjoyed bikes at his bike sho pand re-builds them
and then gives them to kids that would only be able to dream of having a
bike for Christmas.

The program has had some ads in the North Shore Outlook and last
Thursday they had a full page spread. They also have a posting on the
bulletin board on nsmb.com as well. Go to www.nsmb.com and check in
the bulletin board section called "The Inside line".

I know this is a 'running forum' but I know that most of you probably
have or know of someone who has a kids bike that would be worthy of
donating to a great cause.
