Another successful run went down in the 6th edition of the British Columbia
Ultra Trailrunning Series (BCUTS), sponsored by Montrail and Carb-BOOM. Race #5
was STORMY on August 12, up in Squamish. The standings are now updated, and you

The next event in the series is the Walk In The Park 50 Km on Sunday September
3, in Kamloops. This is a fabulous race in the Interior of BC, and well worth
fitting into your calendar. Four pairs of Montrail shoes will again be up for

Remember that you must participate in at least 3 races to be eligible for the
final awards, so make sure to sign up for as many of the remaining races as
possible. The competition is getting tight in many of the divisions! Get out
there and register for both of the final 2 events in September, and pick up as
many points as you can to move your way up the standings. Even if you have only
run in 1 race so far, you can still get the minimum of 3 by completing the
remaining 2 races!
