Join us for the fifth annual Capilano Canyon Night Run (A Midsummer
Night's Dream) and potluck party tomorrow (Saturday 19 Aug) at 8:00pm.

This is a 90 minute run that starts at dusk and finishes in the dark.
Afterwards, runners, crew, friends and a few neighbors get together
for a potluck party that usually lasts a lot longer than the run!

There are Group and Competitive run categories and stuff to do for
those who don't run. The course may sound life-threatening, but it's
really not... if you can do the Grind or finish a 10K with something
left, you can complete the night run:

The run is free for Club Fat Ass members and crew (anyone who helps
out.) You can join CFA for the year for $35 (includes a technical
t-shirt and about 20 free events) or the event day for $20 online ($25
at the event).
