This year one of the different aspects of the lottery is that they held
back 3 slots and awarded those to a 2nd lottery of those people present at
the lottery who had already entered and not had their name drawn. Just
when I was resigned to being a one time loser, I was shocked and delighted
when Tim Twietmeyer drew my name
