This year 65 runners started and completed the Silvertip Runs. The weather
was, as always, brilliant.
I'd like to thank all the runners for their participation and all of the
great food they contributed to the post-run potluck. It seems that every
year the food gets better!

This year Sally, Mark and I faced a few extra challenges as we did not have
use of the main hall in the Sunshine Valley facility due to another event.
My faithful fellow Smart Asses came through in grand style by providing all
the tables & chairs required to put on the post-race in the smaller Games
Room. I'd like to thank them and all the other volunteers who come back year
after year to pull it all off.

Next year will see a few changes in the management of the event but we'll
all be back to participate in the Silvertip Runs in some fashion.
