We have now completed 2 of the 7 races in the 5th edition of the British
Columbia Ultra Trailrunning Series (BCUTS), sponsored by Montrail and
Carb-BOOM (new sponsor for 2005). Race #2 was the Diez Vista 50K on April 9.

The 3rd event in the series (Harriers Elk/Beaver Ultras) is coming up on
Saturday May 7. This event features 3 distances - 50 Km, 50 miles or 100 Km.
The 50 mile race is the 2005 Canadian Championship at this distance, so
expect some hot competition from across the country. For complete details,

Remember that you must participate in at least 3 races to be eligible for
the final awards. So, make sure to sign up for as many of the remaining 5
