Hi folks

It's that time once again for you to consider a most challenging
local event: "The Double" (Baden Powell Trail out and back starting
in Deep Cove). I hope to get some of you to run with us on part of
the course and maybe even get a few truly committed types to do the
whole route on June 4th and 5th.
