Again, it is not advised to go to Capitol Forest without a route planned in
advance, and A MAP. It is even better to go with a local or group ride.
Capitol Forest is HUGE 171 miles of trail, most folks go for the first time,
get lost and never go back. Don't be one of those people!
Anyone interested in a group ride can email me and I'll set one up or get you in
contact with someone who knows where to go.
