What grade?  Transition from Defense to Offense in the form of a break should always be the goal so you can get some easy baskets.  Just remember it starts with the defensive rebound and outlet pass(preferably to the point guard on the) quickly to an open spot on the floor.  Then hopefully your weakside wing will beat the point down the floor so she can accept the pass for the layup.
