Only you know what your kids can handle.  Start with two moves and go from there.  Repititon is what the kids need... they need to have this broken down for them every day and drill it every day.

I coach an 8th grade girls middle school team. With the season coming up soon, Should I teach the following post moves:  Drop-step, Turnaround jumper to the middle, and the up-and-under. Is that too little, too much? My experience from last year is that the girls haven't seen any of these moves.
