On the databank homepage, a number of tables seem to be missing from the
most up-to-date release, in both the CSV and SQL archives. They do exist
in the individual tables directory.
These include all of the new tables created, such as IDxref,
IDxrefSchools, etc., as well as some older tables like *Post.
