What is the process to get the 2004 data into BDB?
With the number of websites offering data for hitting,
pitching, and fielding, it seems like we can get the
data ready before the first pitch of the playoffs.

As well, are we also adding the STATSid and MLBid (if
we don't have it already)? All these sites are kind
enough to use those IDs in the URL, which would make
it a snap for us to use.
