North County Times has Barona Speedway Race Results every thurs after
the race.  So make sure you get your copy of it early. (newspaper)

Hi, All. As some of you know, RAD is accepting photos of racecars
that will be used in our brochure. If you have a car photo, please
send it to don at drwracing@.... Also, please include
authorization for us to use the photo.

We still have some more fair tickets, so if anyone wants to share a
date with someone, you can work as a team.

The following are RAD events we have going on BESIDES the fair:
6/14 Community Fair in Chula Vista - Bunboy & his mini, Steve Roche
w/72Street and Phil with 7 Sportsman Dwarf. Keith, are you a yes or
no for this? Everyone needs to be there by 9-9:30am to get set up,
done by 12pm.

6/18 We still need racecars, all racecars, pretty or not, for the
Wednesday Night Car Show in El Cajon, the more the better! So far we
have the 80FS, 93PS, 26 Sportsman and 94Mod, anyone else???

6/21 Last call on this one. I know it's a race day, and I explained
that to them when they requested the date. San Marcos Boys and Girls
Club, need 2 racecars.

7/2 Wednesday Night Car Show- El Cajon -ONLY PRETTY RED,WHITE & BLUE
cars, or patriotically decorated cars.

7/21 Lakeside Boys & Girls Club - 9:30am need 3-5 cars!!
Call me if you can assist on any of these, or want to share a date at
the booth for the fair.

Hey I noticed that you guys have open practice every once in a while.
  When is the next open practice day?  Also I see you have a Sportsman
class for the Dwarf cars.  What does this class consist of.  Is it for
the older wiser people :) or for the new guys that are getting into
racing.  I am just getting into racing Dwarf cars, have run some
Legend car races before but my first time on the dirt.

  Hi, all! We went to the Fair orientation today, and now have the
tickets for the voluteers. we have enough tickets so we can double up
on some of the dates, if you want to volunteer, but the date you wanted
was taken, volunteer anyway, and you will only have to do 1/2 the day.
You can work it out with your fellow volunteer. Call me if you want to

Racers Against Drugs


The SD County Fair is coming up quick. We have a booth there, and
need volunteers to man the booth. We are there for Racers Against
Drugs, and it is also a great opportunity to let people know about
Barona. We have a racecar for the display, and a TV/VCR of races
