Barona Speedway Track Divisions Rules

We are looking for volunteers for the 2007 season.  Please call if you are
interested.  (619) 669-1303

This year there will be 3 representatives for each class of cars.  There will be
at least one representative at each race.  That representative will be signing
in so that the track knows who is the representative for that class of cars.  If
there is no representative for the class that class will not be racing.

Speedway Track is not part of the 2007 points.

All drivers must:

Fill out a W-9 form.
You will need this form to get a check from the main event.  All checks will be
given at the following racing event.  Make sure you print clearly on this form.

Up to date drivers cards
These should be updated with anything that has changed.  The announcer uses
these cards during the race and then when the race results are sent out.  Please
make sure all cards are printed clearly.

  Thank you all for your imput about the schedule however my goal is
for every class to rotate through in order. I had already adjusted
the Sprotsman dwarfs to be at least one event apart for some of the
reasons stated. With the 600 class not racing I was planning to make
it two spots all along. The rotation will remain in tact for the
remainder of the seasom with visiting series being inserted based on
what makes the most sense.

The track is located 4.8 miles north of the Barona Casino on
Wildcat Canyon Rd. between Lakeside and Ramona, in Southern California.

Tomorrow is the day we have all been waiting for.
The racing order for tomorrow night is as follows.
Dwarf cars
Pony stocks
Factory stocks
Street stocks
CLS
This will be the order for practice, heats and mains. The mandatory
drivers meeting will be started at 3:00 and practice will start right
after, so the Dwarf cars need to bring there cars up to staging
before the meeting.
Remember that all cars need to be pre teched prior to going on the
track so make sure that you give yourself plenty of time. The first
night of tech will take a while because of all the new cars. I will
have five people conducting inspections so we will have plenty of
time to get them all done.
The show will be moving very fast and it will take all of the driver
support to achieve the goal of being done by 10:00

There is a concession stand for your convenience, with lots of good
food and soft drinks, or you may bring your own cooler and BBQ's.
Over night camping is also available.  For more information call or
ask at the front gate.

The track is located 4.8 miles north of the Barona Casino on
Wildcat Canyon Rd. between Lakeside and Ramona, in Southern California.

Welcome Race Drivers
Its almost that time for racing so if you want next thursday the 11th
PRACTICE let me or todd know. We need at least 12 cars to practic, so
if you guys are ready im ready. So give me a call at least two days in

There will be a general meeting for all classes on April 15th from 10
a.m. until noon. Drivers, pit crew and all are welcome. We will be
accepting paperwork for early signups for drivers and minors. We will
also be selling Barona Racing Association memberships. There are some
new things going on this season that will be discussed at this
meeting. The meeting will be held in the grandstands. Hope to see you
all there. This is a meeting only, no practice.

We are looking for volunteers for the 2007 season.  Please call if you are
interested.  (619) 669-1303

This year there will be 3 representatives for each class of cars.  There will be
at least one representative at each race.  That representative will be signing
in so that the track knows who is the representative for that class of cars.  If
there is no representative for the class that class will not be racing.

Speedway Track is not part of the 2007 points.

All drivers must:

Fill out a W-9 form.
You will need this form to get a check from the main event.  All checks will be
given at the following racing event.  Make sure you print clearly on this form.

Up to date drivers cards
These should be updated with anything that has changed.  The announcer uses
these cards during the race and then when the race results are sent out.  Please
make sure all cards are printed clearly.
