Barona opener set for Saturday

Barona Speedway will hold its season opener on Saturday on the semi-
banked, quarter-mile clay oval. Races will be held every other Saturday
featuring Sprint Cars, Dwarfs, Mini-Dwarfs, Modifieds, Street Stocks,
Pony Stocks and Factory Stocks.

Gates open at 1 p.m., with racing getting under way at 5 p.m. The track
is located six miles north of Barona Casino on Wildcat Canyon Road,
between Ramona at Lakeside.
