kevin, could you tell what sanction rules the dwarf cars follow. Im in the
process of selling my legend and buying a dwarf. The car is setup under the
southern oregon sanction and just need to know what changes i need to make
($$$). and maybe down the road someone could give me a basic setup for barona.
(like gearing, etc.)
thanks in advance Chuck Carter #0 Legend

Dwarfcars-this is only an idea and hear me out. I talked with Todd
and he said lets get some feedback from the drivers. Two classes of
cars-Sportsman and a Pro class. Sportman class is open tire rule, $20
entry fee with a flat $25 payback for all cars, minimum 10 cars
needed to run.
Pro class is as we know now, Hooosiers, $40 entry, graduated pay
scale, minimum 15 cars. If the pro class does not have enough cars,
all dwarfs will run the main under the pro class.
Each class will run its on heats and mains if car count meets
minimum. This will give the fans some good racing and allow newer
drivers a chance at some seat time in an entry level class. I think
we have the cars to do it now and maybe some more will come out of
mothballs. Its only a thought.
