Trim to balance Liz. The rest will correct itself. You should be able to look down the back of the foot and it should be level from heel to heel and from heel to toe. I have a QH and a bunch of warmblood mares that toe in a lot. I just rebalance them each time I trim and try to keep it under control. The more often you keep the trim, the better it will remain balanced. I can't change the horse's conformation...they are what they are, but I can help keep the foot as balanced as I can, and that's what you'll do.
