Hello maybe someone can help.  I have recently purchased a new horse and he came with shoes on,  He is I guess you could say correct in front His hind end looks correct with a hint of narrower at the base and toes slightly and I mean slightly toeing out. Looking at the feet with shoes still on He is longer on inside wall than outside.   But Problem is he is brushing his pasterns with opposite foot alot at trot occaisionally at walk.  I have one of Pete Rameys books and searched but cannot find anything about correction for that . The booke I have covers much navicular and founder but not gait. Where do I trim when I remove shoes.  thank you  Liz

They might have dropped the inside to make him not so cowhocked and avoid brushing himself. Doesn't mean it wasn't there, they had just trimmed him out of...
