Hi Carol, I had an old guy that was helped immensely by the MSM,
Glucosomine, Chrondrotin pills that I purchased at Costco. They
aren't that expensive. He was on a dose of two a day. It took about
three weeks for me to see a noticeable difference, but he was already
24 and had had some rough treatment before he came to me so there was
already some damage in place that was hard to overcome.

That's my only experience with supplements...thankfully it worked.
