We have been using the HOOF Jack for 3 years now....it is wonderful,
yes you have to change it out, however it is very very lightweight.
We just ordered the HOOF IT, yes, it has both stands in one, but it
is very very heavy....and the knob can be hard to pull out of the
cradle...so we use the HOOF IT cradle and the HOOF JACK Knob.....the
weight difference is very big, so if weight is a deciding factor I
would go with the HOOF JACK, as we will probably end up buying
another one of those and selling our HOOF IT, as it is as heavy or
more than a metal stand.

I have both, one for my personal use and the other, well, the other is useless, but the idea was for it to travel. Hoof Jack works great, I love it, except ....
