Well my mare and I competed in our first
trail trial today! After 3 days of on/off rain, we weren't quite sure how
it would go, or if it even would go. I am happy to say she did quite nicely,
and placed First in her division! She did a bang up job for me, and even better
-- all barefoot! The terrain varied between sand, rock, and logs/water. Saw a
couple of nice ladies riding using Old Macs who had just begun their journey on
barefooting I was told. I posted some pics for those bored enough to check them
