Los Angeles – The true ownership of the Los Angeles Thunderbirds aka
LA T-Birds is currently in legal dispute. Bob Sedillo, current
promoter (under the name of Pegasus Music Group Inc,) has breached
the terms of the ownership contract and has been ordered to cease
and desist with using the LA T-Bird name, uniforms and additional
roller derby related products including RollerGames.com. The
document issuing the request was ignored, and for THE LAST YEAR AND
A HALF, Sedillo has been operating the LA T-birds without
permission. A lawsuit has been initiated against Sedillo with the
Superior Court of California County of Orange and legal proceedings
are scheduled to revert the LA T-birds, RollerGames.com and other
related products back to the Bill Griffith.
