Subject: [BANKED TRACK NEWS] So Calif Firebirds

What's up with this new franchise the Southern California Firebirds?
I
read that the team signed Gwen Miller as captain and will be skating
home games in the LA area. Is this team a ARSD franchise or a RGI
franchise? On an eBay audition, there's a Firebird jersey up for bid
and the label of the jersey has a T-Bird trademark?

What's going on with the T-Birds? Does this team still exist?

Back to the topic of the Firebirds, I hope that Greg Robertson will
be
named as coach of this team since he is the most talented and besides
Richard Brown, one of the veterans (seniority-wise) of the banked
track.

Also, congratulations to Dave Marez for being named coach of the
Pioneers or is it the Red Devils? Dave, you deserve it.

One last thing, I am interested in purchasing a copy of the Bombers-
Pioneers
game. I keep track of scores, penalties, etc and found it hard to
keep
up with the Bombers-T-Birds game. Is EG, the track announcer, any
more
audible than that Bombers-T-Birds game? I wasn't able to understand a
word he said in that first game. Dan, have you ever thought about re-
recording the announcing of the game to make it more audible for us
fans?
