Hiya everyone. Just to remind everyone that there is a training school in LA. Over the many years I have often heard both rookie and veteran skaters complain that there is no track available to them and more times than not when there is a track up, open and available to us it seems only a few select actually take advantage of it. I would like to encourage each and everyone of you in the Southern CA area to drop by during one of the training classes. Larry Lewis runs a very strict and disciplined training class and although i'm still outta shape I do my best to keep up with the much younger and in shape kids. We have quite a few new skaters and it is just amazing to see all that they have accomplished since being on the track for only a months time. As of date we are doing alotta basic stuff. My favorite excercise that Lewis does is the one taught to me by my all time favorite skater Jan Vallow ... skating/striding in the opposite direction. Oh that makes me feel so good! Take care and drop by when ya have the chance and get the thrill of a lifetime by getting on the track.
