As rumors have been circulating about the Licensing Agreement for the LA T-Birds.
The following might clear up this matter. This also serves as a Public Notice concerning the LA T-Birds Trademark.

IMPORTANT PICTURES,
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF YOUR LICENSING AGREEMENT FOR THE LA T-BIRDS TRADEMARK USE, YOU HAVE DEFAULTED UNDER SEVERAL PROVISIONS.
On November 3, 2004 you were notified by fax and Certified Mail that you had a notice of 30 day to cured your default. Due to your inaction to cure this default, on December 3, 2004 your Licensing Agreement was terminated.
At this time, you must Cease and Desist from any and all use of the LA T-Birds Trademarks, including but not limited to its name, likeness, sales of merchandising, uniforms now and forever forward.
This in no way releases your obligation to:
· Pay past dues amounts,
· Return all uniforms borrowed, outside of this agreement
· Inform any parties you have contracted with proper or improper,
· Hold LA T-Birds harmless LA T-Birds for any of your contracts
· Provide accounting of any and all contracts or agreements entered into under this Agreement.
