All this chatter about Charlie O.? When two of the better skaters
were Buddy Atkinson Jr., and Dave Pound. To me one of the major
differences between Roller DERBY and Roller GAMES was that Derby
pushed TWO skaters, Weston and O'Connell, while Games pushed its
teams. I am not saying Charlie O'Connell wasn't a good skater, he
just wasn't the better than the best.
