prepared to litigate against Lou for taking adavantage of them by not
informing them that he would be selling tapes.

Lou has partners. Alex Jurow (spelling? ) and the three stooges? and
the person in Culver City selling the tapes on Ebay?

I smell a conspiracy. Shame on Lou. Shame on co-conspirators.
