salam.well we all r very much expectant to the young talent Ashraful.But one thng is 4 sure unless he works hard he wont be able to achieve his goal.but that's not what i want to write in this mail.i am a young girl of 14 and am very determined to be a cricket commentator.i have full belief in myself that i possess the qualities of a good commentator.but unfortunately i am finding no opportunities. can u please help me anyway?wont it be great to have a partner of our worn out Athar who is just a young teen and i promise i wont let the cricket fans down like chacha did with his horrible commentary.i hope u will understand. please inform it to others too.

Ashraful is the new wonder boy of world cricket. But, I don't know,
why he can't do justice to his talent. Maybe, he is too young and
immatured. But, he is so inconsistant and I always wonder about his

And, The other side of this things are Md. Rafique. The co-incident
is that boths name started with Md. but, one is so inconsistant and
one is so much consistant at the age of 37!!!

I always dream to be like Rafique. The secreat of his sucess is Hard
Work. Becasue of Hard WOrk, he is doing great! Everyone can see that
now-a-days every team respect Md. Rafique as a bowler and everyone
knows that he is number 1 bowler of Bd cricket team. So, they want
to play him safely, still Rafique managing quite a number of wickets
for us. I am proud of him! He is serving our country tremandously!

Cricket is the only income source of Md. Rafique and he is so hard
working and despared to do well but he remains cool in the field as
well. Never got tentative. Here is the point, cricket is a mind game
and Ashraful is always tentative batsmand and a shakey startar!

I hope, Ashraful will do well day by day. But, I'm afraid to say
that, the average of his ODI career )below 20) and test career
(below 25) never gonna improve much!
