Hi everyone,

Sorry about the unsolicited spam message that recently went out through
the group. I have taken 2 measures to help stop this kind of message
from coming through again.

1. That user has been deleted from the group.
2. I have restricted membership in the group. Anyone wanting to join
will need to be approved. This way random people looking for
distribution lists can't simply join in order to promote themselves.

I didn't really want to restrict the group since I would hope that this
could be used by anyone curious about running, but I, for one, don't
like getting spam. Anyone can still join, I simply have to approve
them, so encourage your friends as you see fit.
