When I download the form and open it I see the top part, the "cut here" and two lines of dashes. There are about 20 blank line spaces and then the stylized runner logo. I do not see any name or address or age printing.

My computer is an HP Pavilion a1010n using AOL and internet explorer.

It must be your on-line word doc that has a problem.

It is possible your computer is looking at its entry form in cache memory or on the hard drive instead of looking for it on the web, even if you are on line and even if you are hitting the "refresh" button. I have run into this same symptom when making changes to the Fresno Joggers site.

Your might try deleting temp internet file in the Internet Options part of the Control Panel, rebooting, and try looking at the form on line again.
