Having problems with message search?
There is no real contact person, but section 7 is across from the ranger station in the North East corner of the park. If you come in from the West, stay to the left whenever given the option. If you come in from the East, stay to the right. You can't miss it since, at that time of the morning, there will be several hundred people entering the park all going the same place.
