A gathering of the clans will take place this Saturday at Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, ORegon. Clan Bailey will be out in force for this event. We hope to see all of you there. Wear your Bailey kilt and a blue shirt, bring your basket hilt, and march in the parade with us. Or bring your cameras and take pictures. Or a combination of both would be good too.

H.E. Douglas Bailey will be teaching two classes on the Highland broadsword. This was a special request by the games committee for Douglas to teach classes again this year as they were a highlight of the games last year for many people. Speaking of cameras (see above), I would really appreciate a photographer for the broadsword classes. We would like to post photos of that on the web site.  Volunteeers would be much appreciated.

At some point during the day we would like to have a quarterly meeting for Clan Bailey to touch base with all of the officers and any interested clan members. Douglas has been exploring the possiblity of meeting afterwards for dinner in an air-conditioned room. Any suggestions would be welcome.
