Hi Ralph,

the Hammaborg historical fencing club in Germany has put up a YouTube clip detailing their protective equipment.  It's designed for swordplay but would also be fine for most stick fighting applications: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqY6Imy5K0Q
