JUST ADDED TO THE NORCAL-AR 2009 RACE CALENDAR

Two Course Lengths: 5+/- hr. Event  &  10+/- hr. Event

Disciplines: Running, Trekking, Mountain Biking, & Navigation

We've just added another event to the 2009 NORCAL adventure race schedule! We're going "Old School" with this event (i.e. plot your CPs and get them in the exact order) -- but, to satisfy the energetic Type-A's we're also including optional (time bonus) CP's. The exact location of the event will be announced the week prior to the event -- preventing folks from "scouting" and pre-riding / running the course.

 

This course will be difficult with lots of hills. MTB riding will primarily be fire-roads with a few singletracks thrown into the mix. Expect a little hike-a-bike. Expect a little bit of bushwhacking. CPs will be a mixture of on-trail and off-trail. We will be providing exact UTM locations which you will need to plot. GPS units will be permitted.
