4^th Annual Moab Xstream Expedition - Early Registration closes July 15th

Xstream Expedition Race to be Broadcast on Altitude Sports Network

(Durango, CO – July 9, 2007) Gravity Play Sports will again host the 4^th Annual Xstream Expedition Race in the magnificent Moab, Utah area in late September.  The 3 day, 250+ mile expedition race is the most affordable expedition race in the world at only $395 per person.  This rate is in effect through the early registration deadline of July 15^th.  With 3 full days of nonstop adventures including spectacular ropes sections, trekking in the magnificent La Sal Mountain Range, and adventurous desert terrain for the mountain biking and kayaking sections; this expedition race is fun, fast and affordable.

The Moab area is an ideal place for a challenging expedition length adventure race given its rugged terrain, multi-sport options, world class mountain biking and natural beauty. Nestled in the beautiful Castleton Valley, Red Cliffs Adventure Lodge again will serve as an ideal start & finish location for the 2007 Xstream Expedition race. The resort’s lush and expansive grounds make it a perfect place for a congregation of adventure racers and support staff.  

Additionally, the Xstream Expedition Race will be offering an unsupported option again.  We hope this option helps teams traveling from further away make participating in the Xstream Expedition a reality. 

The event will also be featuring the Checkpoint Tracker software so fans and family members at home can watch the race unfold on their computers.  During the race check out www.CheckPointTracker.com  The race is also the last race of the season to earn points towards the Checkpoint Tracker Series. 

The Xstream Expedition race will also be featured on an hour long broadcast on Altitude Sports Network in November.
