Feet toughening trick: betadine, salt, tea?

Howdy Y'all,
I'm heading off to the World Rogaine Championships in a couple days and was thinking of trying that trick to toughen up the feets.  As I recall it's some mixture of Betadine, Tea, and salt but don't remember much more then that.  Does anyone know the correct portions, procedures, and processes to effectively use this trick?   Probably a more important question, seeing as how I haven't tried this before, is there any reason why I shouldn't do this?

Thanks,
Craig

I suggest keeping it simple, no shuttle. Start late so people with jobs can get there after work, finish not long after dawn. 6-8 hours is good training and...
