Hey All,
I just got off the phone with Dr. Rustin Moore at the Louisiana State University
vet college. I asked him what, if anything, they still needed. He said hay and
feed were the big ones. He said the salt water has killed the pastures and any
stored hay that survived has gone rotten. They've been getting donations and
discounts on hay from as far away as Minnesota, but any and all is greatly
appreciated. There just isn't anything local anymore.
If you think you can help, you can call Dr. Moore at 225-578-9500. He will be
grateful for any help you can offer with this.
They're also holding a stallion service auction and the bidding begins in three
days (the 14th) and are still taking donations of services - all breeds.

Please pass this on.
Thanks!
